Your details are stored privately, encrypted, and accessible only to the property operator. We retain the record for the legally mandated three years and never share it for marketing.

Arriving by car or charter

Please use the car park directly in front of the house, not in front of neighbouring homes or shops.

Quiet Hours

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 6:00, especially near windows and outdoor areas.

Shoes Policy

This is a traditional Japanese home. Please remove your shoes at the entrance (玄関). Disposable indoor slippers are provided for your comfort.

Parties & Events

Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. We aim to maintain a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors.

General Care

Please treat the home with care and respect. If anything is damaged or not working properly, kindly inform us as soon as possible.
